Lead Status – Reordering
- In the main menu, select CRM Tools
- From the menu items along the left side, click Business Process Settings
- There are five lists that may be reordered: lead status, lead sources, buyer transaction status, seller transaction status, and Calendar-Task Types.
- Find and click the "reorder" button which is below the last term in each list.
- For a term you want to relocate, press and hold your left mouse button on the term, move it to the desired position and release.
- Click "Save" at the bottom of the list, or "Cancel" to start over.
