Lead Status – Reordering

  1. In the main menu, select CRM Tools
  2. From the menu items along the left side, click Business Process Settings
  3. There are five lists that may be reordered: lead status, lead sources, buyer transaction status, seller transaction status, and Calendar-Task Types.
  4. Find and click the "reorder" button which is below the last term in each list.
  5. For a term you want to relocate, press and hold your left mouse button on the term, move it to the desired position and release.
  6. Click "Save" at the bottom of the list, or "Cancel" to start over.
