Theme Compatibility

OPTIMA EXPRESS (RESPONSIVE)

Optima Express is compatible with a majority of the many themes available for WordPress. Themes that do not set jQuery to use NoConflict can interfere with some functionality in Optima Express, so this is definitely something to look out for when selecting themes.

If you’re looking for a WordPress theme to use with Optima Express, check out our WordPress Theme Guide. These themes are tested and maintained for compatibility with Optima by their respective developers.

Testing

We recommend the following tests in Optima Express to help evaluate theme compatibility.

Troubleshooting

Our support staff can provide workarounds to resolve some theme conflicts. If things don't seem to display or operate properly in Optima Express, they will be happy to take a look at your issue to determine if there's a possible workaround. Contact support >>

Bootstrap Conflicts

Optima Express uses Bootstrap v3 and is compatable with themes that use Bootstrap v3 or themes that do not use Boostrap at all. If you're experiencing a Bootstrap conflict, you may want to try adding the following code to your WordPress site.

Add this script using WordPress Dashboard > Optima Express > Configuration > CSS Override. Be sure to place the code outside of any style tags that already exist in the CSS override:

<script>
(function () {
    "use strict";
    jQuery.getScript("/wp-content/plugins/optima-express/js/bootstrap-libs/bootstrap.min.js");
}());
</script>

Add this CSS using WordPress Dashboard > Optima Express > Configuration > CSS Override:

#ihf-main-container .carousel-control {
   height: auto;
   background: none;
   border: none;
}
#ihf-main-container .carousel-caption {
    background: none;
}
#ihf-main-container .modal {
    width: auto;
    margin-left: 0;
    background-color: transparent;
    border: 0;
}
.ihf-results-links > a:nth-child(1) {
    display: none;
}

After applying the fixes above, if your pop-up modals for Schedule Showing, Request Info, and others are not aligned to the center of the screen, please add the CSS below, adjusting the % value as necessary.

#ihf-main-container .modal-dialog {
    left: 0% !important;
}

Please note that this fix disables the funtionality of the Photos link on search resutls pages. Part of the above CSS hides the Photos link.
