Create Custom Email Drip Campaigns

Following are instructions on how to send an email to your database.

First, here are some quick facts:

  • Emails to your database are blind-copied. The email will look like it was only sent from you to that particular recipient
  • Also, if you send an email to multiple groups and/or campaigns and you have the same people in some of these groups/campaigns, the system will automatically de-duplicate the email address so they receive one copy of your email.

Sending an Email

  1. Log into your IHomefinder Admin
  2. Go to Communications and click on Send Email
  3. Choose to either send a blast message or Send a Newsletter
  4. Add Recipients or Listings as needed and click OK
  5. Enter Subject Line and/or Change Date as needed
  6. Click Preview Email
  7. Click Send Message when ready
