Calendar Task Types – Add New Type
The iHomefinder ONE calendar features tasks that can be given different names, called "types." Here's how to add new types to your tasks:
- In the main menu, click CRM Tools.
- From the left side menu, select Business Process Settings.
- Scroll down to the 5th set of terms, "Calendar Task Types."
- Enter in the name if your new status within the field at the bottom of the Calendar Task Types.
- Click "Add Value" at the bottom of the list.
