Calendar Task Types – Add New Type

iHomefinder ONE

The iHomefinder ONE calendar features tasks that can be given different names, called "types." Here's how to add new types to your tasks:

  1. In the main menu, click CRM Tools.
  2. From the left side menu, select Business Process Settings.
  3. Scroll down to the 5th set of terms, "Calendar Task Types."
  4. Enter in the name if your new status within the field at the bottom of the Calendar Task Types.
  5. Click "Add Value" at the bottom of the list.
