Buyer Transaction Status – Deleting a Status

If you are interested in deleting a specific status for buyer's transactions you will navigate to your IDX Control Panel > CRM Tools > Business Process Settings. 

Here, you can scroll down to the "Buyer Transaction Status". If the status has a lock icon next to it, it cannot be deleted. If the status has a trash can icon status you can click on it to delete the status.
