Removing an Agent from Lead Routing

  1. From the main menu, click on Contacts > Lead Routing.
  2. Click on the Edit icon (looks like a notepad and pencil) next to the form that you would like to change. A screen will appear where you can make the changes.
  3. Choose the Assign using the rules defined below option.
  4. To remove a team member from the rotation, just click the X next to their name.
  5. To add a team member, just click on the Add member to list link and choose the team member from the dropdown menu.
