Manual Pass-Through Fees
Note for the Reseller API: Manual Pass-Through Fees
Please note, the following pass-through fees (PTFs) are listed as "variable" in the Reseller API for their applicable board. The fee amounts are not included in the Reseller API, as they are either charged on a one-time basis, or only apply to some members of some Associations within an MLS.
All of the below fees are in addition to standard iHomefinder IDX setup and ongoing pricing.
AR-Fort Smith: $150 setup
CA-EBRD/BridgeMLS: $100 setup (Only for EBRD/Bridge member-clients, not Bay East or CCAR clients)
CO-Grand County: $300 setup
FL-SWFLMLS: Please see our Southwest Florida MLS IDX Coverage page for fees, which vary based on the client's Association membership.
ID-Coeur d'Alene: $250 setup (per brokerage using iHomefinder IDX)
MN-Duluth: $195 setup
NC-Wilmington: $250 setup and $10 monthly (only for WRAR members - not for any other boards in NC Regional MLS)
OK-Lawton: $150 setup (if not paid by the member to the Association directly)
OK-Oklahoma City: $100 setup (in addition to the $100 setup fee charged by the Association directly to the member-client)
SK-ARR: 5% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) - resellers are responsible for collection and payment of any PST for client accounts
SK-SRAR: 5% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) - resellers are responsible for collection and payment of any PST for client accounts
* PTFs are added to client invoices at cost and with no mark-up.
* PTFs are not prorated unless the MLS prorates the amount we are charged.
* One-time pass-through fees are billed on the next invoice (including on pending accounts).
* Recurring pass-through fees are charged starting with the first invoice after the client account is activated (pending accounts are not charged recurring pass-through fees).
Please also note, some boards have direct fees (charged by the MLS to the member directly for IDX). These direct IDX fees are not included in the Reseller API. You can find information on direct fees on the IDX Coverage page for each board we serve.
