Paperwork Reminder - How to Send

To send a Paperwork Reminder to the client, login to your Partner Portal and select Paperwork Manager found on the left menu. From there you will want to click on the Client's name once they are located. 

Once viewing a client in the Paperwork Manager, look for an icon with a magnifying glass over a piece of paper; it should be In the MLS Audit Trail section next to the 'Show URL' link. By clicking the icon, a paperwork reminder will be send to your client.
