Agent-Branded Email Updates

Email alerts sent to clients with an assigned Agent can include a header specific to that agent. This header will appear below the Brokerage branding and above the content of the email message, and will be included in Daily Email Updates as well all all three types of MarketBoost email alert: Market Reports, Open Homes, and Listing Alerts.

To create or edit the header for a specific agent, in your Control Panel navigate to Setup > Agents & Offices > Agents and open the settings for the agent whose header you wish to modify. Open the Agent Lead Capture Settings section and enter the HTML or text in the "Agent-Specific Email Update Header" field.

To allow an agents to modify their own email headers, set the "Allow Agent To Manage Leads Receiving Email Updates" setting to Yes.
