Email Routing | Agent Selected by User

Here is a quick overview of how Agents can be automatically notified by leads:

*Agent selected by User: This option will email a specific Agent and assign the lead directly to them only if the lead selects them from the drop down menu found in the registration modals. The Agent's email is determined by the field in Agents/Offices > Manage Agents > Agent Name > Email Address. If the lead does not select an agent then the main company contact will be notified.

*Listing Agent, if it's an office listing: This option will automatically email the Listing Agent as long as their Agent ID is properly configured in Agents/Offices > Manage Agents > Agent Name > AGENT MLS IDs. If this is not set up for that Agent's listings then only the main company contact will be notified.

These options are good ways to quickly get the right Agent on the lead, and you can verify that the Agent is assigned the lead under Clients > Manage Subscribers > Subscribers Name > Assigned Agent.
